A practice built on honest pricing work
We are a small advisory practice in Bangkok. The work we do is measured and grounded — nothing more is claimed than what the work actually delivers.
Back to HomeWhere Veridian came from
Veridian was established in Bangkok to address a specific gap that kept surfacing in conversations with business owners: most knew their costs reasonably well, but had rarely examined whether their prices actually reflected the value customers were receiving — or the value they thought they were receiving.
The practice was built around three principles that have not changed since the beginning. First, the work should be honest about what it can and cannot say. Second, every engagement should end with written output that the client's team can use without us in the room. Third, sessions should feel like working conversations — not presentations or consultations where the advisor holds most of the cards.
We work with small businesses doing a first serious look at their pricing, and with growing companies that want a regular outside view of how their revenue structure is holding up. The scope is deliberately narrow — we do not offer marketing, finance, or technology services. Pricing and revenue structure is where our attention stays.
Our Mission
To give business owners a clearer picture of how their pricing sits against value and cost — and to document that picture in a way that supports thoughtful decisions.
Our Approach
Structured, documented, and free from the pressure of inflated claims. We review, we note what we observe, and we present options — nothing is overstated.
Our Values
Clarity before comfort. Written output over verbal impressions. Scope that fits the actual need rather than the highest available engagement.

Professional standards we hold ourselves to
Scope confirmed in writing
Before any engagement begins, we confirm the scope, deliverables, and timeline in a written brief. No work starts without that document in place.
Confidential handling
All pricing data, financial information, and business details shared during an engagement are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share client information across engagements.
Written output standard
Every engagement concludes with a written deliverable — a summary, an options table, or a review note — so the work has a record independent of our involvement.
No outcome claims
We do not promise specific financial results, revenue increases, or pricing improvements. Our commitment is to the quality of the analysis and the clarity of the output.
Scope discipline
We do not expand engagements beyond what was agreed without a new scope discussion. Time and deliverables are respected as defined at the start.
Client-led decisions
Pricing decisions remain entirely with the client's team. We provide structured input and options — we do not advocate for a particular direction beyond what the data supports.
Pricing advisory as a professional service
Most businesses in Bangkok reach a point where their pricing structure — however it was originally designed — no longer fits where the business is. Costs have shifted. The customer mix has changed. New services have been added at rates that were set quickly and have never been revisited. The overall structure becomes hard to explain, both to new customers and to the team delivering the work.
Veridian works with that kind of situation. The starting point is usually a Pricing Review Session: a focused meeting where we look at current pricing relative to cost-to-deliver and perceived customer value. The output is a brief written summary and a short note on options worth considering. For many businesses, that session is sufficient. It clarifies what is working and surfaces what needs attention.
For businesses in the middle of refreshing their offer structure — perhaps after a period of growth, a shift in customer type, or a change in how services are delivered — the Pricing Options Project provides a more thorough engagement. We document the reasoning behind each option, which means your team has a clear record of why decisions were made, not just what they were.
The Revenue Strategy Advisory is for companies that find value in a consistent external perspective. Pricing is rarely a one-time decision. As conditions shift, having a regular review relationship with someone outside the business can be a useful check on assumptions that are otherwise hard to examine from the inside.
Veridian operates from Lumphini in Bangkok and works primarily with Thailand-based businesses. Our sessions are conducted in English, and we work across service-based and B2B business models. The practice does not operate in retail product pricing or consumer transaction contexts.
